The Counties Manukau PIC Steelers are looking to continue their winning way in their Mitre 10 Cup clash against Bay of Plenty in Tauranga on Sunday.

The Steelers are seeking to repeat the result from last year’s encounter against Bay of Plenty which they won  39-34.

Having completed four games in 14 days Steelers Head Coach Darryl Suasua said "Bay of Plenty have been travelling well and will be on a high after their big win against Southland.  We know they will be full of confidence, so we are looking forward to the match on Sunday". 

Upfront the forward pack remains the same from last week’s victory over Hawkes Bay, with just two changes in the backline. Nigel Ah Wong moves in one spot from the right wing to centre and Albert Nikoro earns a start from the bench after a strong showing against Hawkes Bay.

Kickoff is at 2.35pm from Tauranga Domain, Tauranga.

Kids 13 and under will be FREE on the South Auckland Motors embankment thanks to Pak n Save Pukekohe. Match day Grandstand tickets are $20 for adult Grandstand, $15 for Students with ID and $10 for kids.  South Auckland Motors embankment tickets are $10 for adult and $7 for students with ID.  Individual tickets to the match are available from CMRFU office, the gate on game day or www.iticket.co.nz.
