The Counties Energy Heat will open their Farah Palmer Cup season in week 2 when they host Bay of Plenty at Navigation Homes Stadium on Saturday July 22.
After a first round bye, they kick into action against the Volcanix in the Premiership with a 4.35pm kick-off in front of home fans.
Their first away match is against the Wellington Pride the following Sunday (July 30) in the capital before a trip to Hamilton to face Waikato on Saturday August 5.
The Counties Energy Heat side returns home on Friday August 11 to face neighbours Auckland at Navigation Homes Stadium with a 5.05pm kick-off with the PIC Steelers playing Hawke’s Bay from 7.05pm.
A scheduled JJ Stewart Trophy challenge is set to take place against holders Canterbury on Saturday August 19 at Orangetheory Stadium in Christchurch before a final round game at home against Hawke’s Bay on Saturday August 26.
