Tuakau/Onewhero have gone back-to-back and completed a perfect season as they took out the Counties Manukau Rugby Secondary Schools 1^st XV competition on Friday night.

Playing as the curtain-raiser to the PIC Steelers win over Bay of Plenty at Navigation Homes Stadium, the combination Tuakau College/Onewhero Area School side showcased the talent that led them to win all of their round robin matches before taking out the final 24-5 over Rosehill College.

Wesley College edged Pukekohe High School 19-15 in the plate final, played on Saturday.

Pukekohe High School managed to win some silverware however, taking out both the Boys U15 Open and Boys U14 Open grade finals.

They proved too strong for Waiuku College 27-15 in the U15 finale while they triumphed 36-22 over Tuakau/Onewhero in the final of the U14 grade.
