Three Counties Manukau players have been included in the first All Blacks squad of 2022 named on Monday.
Prop Nepo Laulala, flanker Dalton Papalii and number eight Hoskins Sotutu have all been selected in Ian Foster’s squad to play three test matches against Ireland in July.
All three players have enjoyed strong Super Rugby Pacific campaigns with the Blues, who will play the Crusaders in the final of the competition this weekend.
Laulala has played 40 tests while Papalii has played 12 and Sotutu 10.
The series sees matches played in Auckland (July 2), Dunedin (July 9) and Wellington (July 16).
