Rosehill College meets Pukekohe High School in the final of the Girls 10s Counties Manukau Rugby Secondary Schools competition on Friday.
The two sides will meet at Massey Park in Papakura from 6pm.
Papakura High School plays Tuakau/Onewhero in the third v fourth playoff from 5.15pm.
For Counties Manukau Rugby Community Champion Ti Tauasosi, this competition has been a massive success.
“From the start of the season until now, players have really improved in their skills and their awareness of how to play the game.
“Numbers have increased for most of the Girls teams, with teachers in charge mentioning new registrations coming in almost weekly.
“It’s great to see our Girls competition growing and only hope the girls continue with this momentum leading into winter tournament week and Sevens further down the line.
“I've been really impressed with the juniors coming into this space and look forward to watching these girls for years to come.”
In 1st XV action on Saturday, Pukekohe High School hosts Rosehill College at Pukekohe High.
Defending champions Tuakau/Onewhero hosts the in-form Waiuku College in a battle between the two unbeaten sides while Papakura High visits Wesley College.
Alfriston College travels to Hauraki Plains.
Old rivals Pukekohe High and Waiuku College meet in Boys U15 Open play.
Rosehill College heads to Tuakau to take on Tuakau/Onewhero while Papakura High and Alfriston College do battle.
In Boys U14 Open, Rosehill College hosts Tuakau/Onewhero while Pukekohe High visits Waiuku College.
