First XV Challenge Shield holders Pukekohe have advanced to the final of the Bhana Family Farms Counties Manukau Rugby Secondary Schools 1st XV competition.
The top ranked team through round robin play disposed of Tuakau College 26-12 in the semi-finals to book their spot in the decider.
They will face Rosehill College in that final after they narrowly edged neighbours Papakura High School 6-3 in the semi-finals.
Rosehill College won a tense battle against the number two ranked side going into the playoffs.
Tuakau College secured a spot in the Boys U15 Open final after they defeated Pukekohe High 17-5 in the semi-finals.
Waiuku College also progressed, after accounting for Alfriston College 32-5 in their semi-final.
In Boys U14 Open, Tuakau College beat St Ignatius 37-19 in the semi-finals while in the other semi, Pukekohe High advanced past Wesley College 23-7.
