Counties Manukau and Pukekohe prop Kauvaka Kaivelata will make his Super Rugby Pacific debut for the Chiefs when they play the Western Force at Hamilton on Saturday night.

Kaivelata has been a stand-out for the Steelers over the past couple of seasons and earned a maiden Super Rugby contract for 2024.

He is listed to come off the bench when the fourth-placed Chiefs take on the bottom of the table Force at FMG Stadium.

Steelers teammate Etene Nanai-Seturo has been named to start at fullback in the same game.

The game kicks off at 7.05pm on Saturday night.
