Six leading clubs will take part in the Wider Auckland Club Knockout competition as they chase the John Spiers Trophy.

Local Counties Manukau sides Pukekohe and Manurewa will take part in 2025.

Joining them will be Auckland clubs Grammar TEC, University and Pakuranga while North Harbour’s Takapuna will also face the teams on the southern side of the Harbour Bridge.

The competition sees teams play three matches with a winner being crowned at the end.

The first round will take place on Saturday 8 March with the next two rounds played on successive weekends.
