It is with great sadness that we lost Phil Kingsley Jones - a legend of our game and one of the biggest ambassadors of Counties Manukau Rugby during the recent COVD-19 lockdown.
Phil's family has asked us to share the details of his funeral for those of you who would like to attend his service. It will be a truly fitting celebration of his life as we farewell a legend of the game and the Welsh entertainer who was larger than life.

Phil Kingsley Jones, born 28 June 1948, Tredegar, Wales.
Passed away peacefully at his home on 15 Sept 2020
Adored husband of Verina, beloved father of Vikki & Kevin, Kingsley & Louisa and Rhianon & Steve, world’s best step-dad to James, treasured grandfather of Carley & Kristian, Rhys & Lauren, Kyle & Brooke, Dorian, Cohan, Gwenlili, Harmoni, Kingsley Wayne, Kingsley Sterling and Taane Philip, idolised great grandfather of Nevaeh, Millar, Carter, Ioan, Hadley, Elys and Hensley.
Celebration of his life to take place on Fri 16 Oct 2020, 1pm at Counties Manukau Rugby Union, Navigation Homes Stadium, Pukekohe, gates open 12pm.
