Fresh off an opening week win Tuakau/Onewhero takes on Rosehill College in Counties Manukau Rugby Secondary School 1st XV action on Saturday.
The game is set to kick-off at midday at Tuakau College.
First-up winners Waiuku College meets Wesley College at Waiuku, Pukekohe High School will look to bounce back from a big opening week defeat when they travel to Alfriston College while Papakura High School hosts Hauraki Plains.
Pukekohe High School heads to Massey Park to play Papakura High School Green in Girls 10s while two matches will be played at Colin Lawrie Fields in Pukekohe on Friday.
Rosehill College meets Tuakau/Onewhero from 4.45pm while Alfriston College and Waiuku College follow at 5.20pm.
Tuakau/Onewhero hosts Waiuku College in Boys U15 Open while Pukekohe High School travels to Papakura High and Rosehill College heads to Alfriston College.
All of those matches take place at 10.30am on Saturday.
In Boys U14 Open action Pukekohe High School heads to Tuakau College to face Tuakau/Onewhero while Rosehill College hosts Waiuku College.
