Counties Manukau Rugby will join the New Zealand Super Rugby franchises in taking to the field wearing the iconic Classic brand from the 2024 season onwards.

Classic Sportswear has been appointed as Counties Manukau Rugby’s official apparel supplier after the Union completed a thorough tender process.  With numerous long-standing partnerships across sports clubs in Australasia, and as a leader in producing technical athletic apparel that is exceptionally well constructed, Classic was a standout.

Classic’s solid history of manufacturing high-quality sportswear since 1934, and as the largest apparel provider in both the NRL and Super Rugby competitions made it hard to look further. Counties Manukau Rugby look forward to benefiting from the leading production capabilities and supply chain of Classic’s owned factory, and an in-house art and design department.
